CUSTOM GOLF VACATIONS

Valderrama

Day 1:

Fly to Malaga , drive to Marbella (45 minutes) and the Hotel Puente Romano*****.   

Overnight at the Puente Romano Hotel.

Day 2:

Golf at Las Brisas.

After golf, you may want to spend some time sightseeing the city of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Overnight at the Puente Romano Hotel.

Day 3:

Golf at Sotogrande.   

After golf you can tour Sotogrande and Valderrama.  Perhaps go to the scenic village of Casares , the fishing village of Estepona , and the Puerto of Sotogrande.

Overnight at the San Roque Hotel****.

Day 4:

Golf at the Marbella Club.

After golf, you ought to drive up into the hills to Mijas.  Although this village is quite "tourista", you will enjoy walking the streets and stopping in the many different shops.

Day 5:

Drive to Seville (which will take you approximately 3 - 3½ hours).  Spend the night at the Hotel Alfonso XIII.

There is plenty to see in the city itself. Seville is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, if not the world.

Day 6:

Sightseeing in Seville, or tour the Alcazar (a must), before departing for Jerez de la Frontera, home of the famous sherry of Spain. Then it’s on to the coastal town of Conil.

Overnight at the Hotel El Fuerte****.

Day 7:

Golf at Montenmedio. 

Drive down the coast, past Tarifa (this is the southern most tip of Spain, and looks across the Straits of Gibraltar to Tangiers , Morocco), and on up around Algeciras to San Roque.  Arrive in Sotogrande and the Almenara Hotel.

Day 8:

Golf at San Roque. 

Overnight at the Almenara Hotel.

Day 9:

Golf at Almenara.

Drive approximately 3 hours to Granada.  The drive will be partially along the coast and then the autoroute north, which is all freeway, through the countryside.

Overnight at Alhambra Palace Hotel****. 

Day 10:

Take the tour of the Alhambra and the Generalife.  This, like the Alcazar in Seville, is nearly a full day.

Day 11:

Drive to Malaga and depart for home.
